What's the difference between subscription and perpetual?
Subscription is monthly billing on our cloud — $129/month, cancel anytime. Perpetual is a one-time $4,999 purchase — you own the software forever. Perpetual is the better deal if you plan to use PMCenter for more than 3 years, or if you need on-premise deployment.
How does the Starter (free) tier work?
Starter is cloud-hosted and available on an application basis. Tell us about your facility, industry, and equipment count via the contact form, and we'll review and provision your tenant within 2 business days. 30 equipment, 3 users, 1 site. When you outgrow it, upgrade to Professional — no data migration needed.
Why application-basis instead of self-serve signup?
PMCenter is industrial software, not a consumer app. A short application lets us pre-configure your tenant with the right industry template and makes sure the system fits your operation before you spend time setting it up. It also keeps Starter tenants real and supportable.
Can PMCenter work alongside SAP PM?
Yes. PMCenter interfaces with SAP/ERP for asset and spare parts data exchange. Many teams use PMCenter as the daily tool on the floor while SAP remains the system of record. Or you can transition fully — your choice.
What's a turnkey deployment?

Your software keeps working — it's yours forever. You just won't receive new feature updates or priority support until you renew. You can renew anytime, even after a gap.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
Yes. Professional perpetual licenses ship as a Docker Compose bundle you run on your own server — Linux, Windows Server (WSL2), or macOS Server. Enterprise gets a Helm chart for Kubernetes or a bare-metal installer, deployed with us. Monthly subscriptions are cloud-only.
